Flagbearer of the National Democratic Congress John Dramani Mahama has announced that the next National Democratic Congress administration will prioritize the development of sports infrastructure by establishing sports stadia in all sixteen regions of Ghana.
Speaking on the campaign trail in the Oti Region, John Mahama elaborated that this initiative is aimed at nurturing talent and promoting youth development
He promised the people of Oti a share of the stadium which will not only enhance sports infrastructure but also create job opportunities.
“One of the policies of the NDC is to build stadiums in every region.
So in Oti Region, we will build one for you.
Every region will also have a regional police station and so we will also build one for here for you.
The NDC is the only party that will bring development in this region, so that it will be noticed as the best region in the country.”
