Annoh-Dompreh predicts that NPP would overcome NDC in the Assin North by-election.

Date:

Frank Annoh-Dompreh, the majority chief whip, believes the New Patriotic Party (NPP) would easily win the June 27 by-election in the Assin North constituency.

According to Mr. Annoh-Dompreh, the NPP will regain control of the seat following the election.

The Nsawam-Adoakyiri MP assured reporters in Parliament that the NPP will prevail.

“We have our plan, they have theirs, let’s see what happens at the end of the day. They even claimed to be winning Kumawu, but we all know how that turned out.

“We have read all the polls, we are guided, we are mindful, and we are moving in a direction that will put our strategy spot on, so I am very happy they are feeling they will win.”
