Ghana’s Ambassador to Guinea meets management of AWA in Accra

The African World Airline(AWA) has concluded plans to start operations on the Accra-Conakry-Accra route with effect from 4th August , 2026.

This was confirmed when Mr  Maxwell Awiaga, Ghana’s Ambassador to Guinea met the Management of AWA represented by Mr. Lian Liam, the Chief Safety Officer(CSO) and the Chief Operations Officer(COO) of the Airline.

The meeting which was at the instance of the Ambassador was for him to offer some suggestions on the flight times, number of flights per week,  the type and size of the aircraft to use for the benefit of both the Airline and passengers.

The Ambassador at the end of the meeting, was invited to join the inaugural(first) flight from Accra to Conakry on 4 August, 2026.
