Man United play tough! Despite transfer interest from Arsenal, Lionesses star Mary Earps has been promised she won’t be traded.

Date:

Manchester United has assured Lionesses custodian Mary Earps that they would not sell her during the current Women’s Super League transfer window.

The custodian has been linked with a transfer away from the Red Devils ever since she returned from the Women’s World Cup, with Arsenal reportedly interested in signing the player. The club’s personnel reportedly met with Earps over the weekend to explain their position, which is that they would not sell the player, especially to a rival team.

Despite seeing a £100,000 ($124,650) offer for the player turned down by United, Arsenal are reportedly determined to sign The Best FIFA Women’s Goalkeeper of the Year award winner. United, on the other hand, are trying to convince the player to extend her contract that expires next summer.
