Moontouch Travel Limited awards most outstanding Travel Agency in Ghana

The Moontouch Travel Limited, a travel management company has been adjudged Ghana’s most outstanding Travel and Tour Agency for  2020.

Ms Radia Adama Saani, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), received the honours at a colourful event during the Ghana –  West Africa Business Excellence Awards.

The award scheme, facilitated by KN Unique Communications in partnership with Strategic Accountancy Africa and endorsed by the West Africa Chamber of Commerce was to recognize excellence in industry performance.

The scheme placed a premium on strong personalities driving the necessary changes in the field of commerce in the country.

Ms Radia Adama Saani, a promising female entrepreneur told the GNA after receiving the award that many efforts made during the year under review positioned her company against the odds.

She mentioned that despite COVID-19 pandemic, her company through innovations was able to drive new products that allowed her to maintain her client base through proper customer service practices.

“The storm of COVID-19, we all know brought untold hardship to the aviation and tourism industry, but we were able to work harder to succeed and this is the second prestigious award the company has won this year. We thank all our cherished clients and staff of the company for the support to drive our growth with resilience”, she stated.

Ms Saani pointed out that amid the growing threats of COVID-19, Moontouch Travel Limited managed to provide services in the two major areas of tourism and aviation.

She added that apart from making vital sales in domestic tourism and air ticketing, the company also offered quality services to international tourists, and made significant sales in international ticketing as part of the new Aviation Industry Management programmes.

In March this year, Ms Radia Adama Saani was also awarded the Travel & Tour CEO of the year by Northern Excellence Awards held in Tamale in the Northern Region.
