Parin FC held at home by Nima Kings

Date:

Nima Kings held Parin FC to a two-all draw game in the second round of Zone Two of the Accra North District Football Association (ANDFA) Division Three league played at the Alajo Astro Turf.

Having lost the first-round game to Parin FC in a dramatic fashion, Nima Kings were determined to make amends this time and managed to take a 2-0 lead early in the first half.

But Parin FC, who are leading the table with four points, ensured they levelled up before the close of the half.

Striker Abdul Shakur Kishk pulled one back for Parin FC before Raphael Tetteh levelled up before the close of the half.

The match featured end-to-end action as both teams fought for victory, but it ultimately ended in a 2-2 draw.

Nima Kings could have taken the lead but had their penalty saved by goalkeeper Kennedy Koranteng.

Parin FC will continue their campaign with an away game against Achimota Olympiakos at the Achimota College Park.
